Koordinierung und Aufbau von Projektteams
Projektkommunikation mit Management, Entwicklern und Kunden
Erstellung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Anforderungen in Form von Tickets
Planung von Retrospektiven zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit
Dokumentation des Projektfortschrittes

Deine Fähigkeiten

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Selbstorganisiert
Erfahrung im Erstellen von Projektplänen und Verfassen von Anforderungen
Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (bspw. Jira, Asana, Productive
Fließend in Deutsch (aufgrund von Kundenkontakt)
Grundlegende Englisch-Kenntnisse

Your role

Embark on a dynamic role as a Project Manager within the realm of IT. Serving as the core of our interdisciplinary teams, including developers, consultants, and designers, you will assume the responsibility of translating client projects into tangible realities.

Our services and SaaS solutions cater to both enterprises and governmental entities, impacting millions of end-users on a daily basis.

In our context, project management entails the articulation of innovative strategies and solutions, as well as continually evolving our processes.

Your todos

Coordination and establishment of project teams
Project communication with management, developers, and clients
Creation and continuous updating of requirements in the form of tickets
Planning retrospectives for continuous improvement of collaboration
Documentation of project progress

Your skills

Good communication skills
Self-organized
Experience in creating project plans and drafting requirements
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productive)
Fluent in German (due to customer interactions)
Basic knowledge of English
